3º RETO ALUMNOS 4º ESO


TERCER RETO IES ADOLFO SUÁREZ 2019-2020


El próximo mes de mayo se correrá en nuestro IES la Carrera contra el Hambre, mediante la cuál se recaudan fondos con el fin de colaborar con la ONG “Acción contra el hambre”, cuyo proyecto este año irá destinado a mejorar la vida de muchas personas en Filipinas.

Para continuar con la promoción de hábitos saludables entre nuestros alumnos, durante el tercer trimestre realizaremos un reto cooperativo entre todos los participantes mediante la aplicación de endomondo que consistirá en quemar las Kcal necesarias para recorrer la distancia existente entre nuestro IES y Filipinas

Objetivo: La distancia entre Paracuellos de Jarama y Filipinas es de unos 11.500 km, es decir, si en cada kilómetro se gastan de media unas 50 Kcal, intentaremos gastar con cualquier tipo de actividad física un total de 500.000Kcal entre tod@s, ¿Te animas?

Premio: Además de preparar la “Operación Bikini”, estar más guapos, sanos y disfrutar haciendo ejercicio, aquellos alumnos que logren quemar 12.000 Kcal o más lograrán un punto extra en su tercera evaluación.
